Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery time

We understand that you want to receive your goods home and the estimated delivery time is 7- 15 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that can lead to minor delays.

Track your order

You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that you may receive this communication in your email platform’s junk folder. If you have any other problems, please email or call us.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Change delivery address

You may modify your order’s delivery address before we process it by contacting us via email.

Address is incorrect

It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate delivery address. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.

We will not accept any responsibility if the delivery address you provide is incorrect

Package was lost

If goods are lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us via email. We will do everything in our power to assist you
